You have the option of creating a guest account. When selecting this option you will need to enter all your details for every new order, as your details are not saved in our system. A guest account cannot signup to our Newsletters, i.e. is unable to take advantage of any of the current promotions running when an order is being placed. A customer registered as a guest is unable to benefit from all the account advantages a registered customer.
A guest account is thus unable to view the status of an order. The tracking code is sent once-off to the email address provided.
If you have placed an order using a guest account and would now like to create a registered customer account, this can be done by registering as a new customer on our website.
Please always ensure that the provided email address is correct! If not, you will not be able to receive any information regarding the package delivery.

We offer free delivery within Austria from 60 EUR and to Germany from 90 EUR order value.
Delivery cost will be calculated automatically in our online shop. You can also calculate your shipping cost in your basket.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
Your package has not been delivered, you have not been carded, and neither has the package been left with a neighbour? In such cases we kindly ask you get in touch with us.
We will do our best to locate the package and inform you as soon as possible.
When the carrier delivers a damaged package only accept the package if you are given the option of signing a document stating: "Accepted subject to...". If this option is not available, please refuse the package. When there are no visible signs that the package is damaged upon delivery, you accept the package and thereafter only notice that one or more products have been damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us.
Note: It is essential that you do not dispose of the package and its contents. Please send us an image along with your contact details via email as these are required to process the claim.
Please note that we do not accept liability for any damage that may occur as a result of using forwarding shipping companies.
USE MY ACCOUNT
You have the option of modifying your email address and password under "My Account".
To modify your email address, simply edit your personal information in your account overview. Your password can be modified by clicking on "My Account" followed by clicking on the "Change Password" link in the menu bar.
When creating a customer account, you have the option of adding several delivery addresses and selecting one address from this list to which your order is to be shipped.
Please note that the selected address cannot be modified via your account once an order has been completed. If a delivery address needs to be modified once an order is completed, we kindly ask that you contact us.
